Prices vary depending on the time of year from £350 to £750 for week long stays, minimum three night stay possible out of season. A deposit equal to one third (non-refundable) secures a booking. Full payment to be made on arrival along with a signature (over 18) for the below housekeeping, terms and conditions.

A maximum of 1 well behaved dog is welcome at Meusydd free of charge however, a refundable deposit of £200 is required.

Please check at the time of booking that the cottage is suitable for people with particular health or mobility requirements or concerns.

Housekeeping, terms and conditions

Access to the cottage is from 2pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure. The hiring party is responsible for any cost incurred as a result of delayed departure.

The cottage has direct access for cars to allow unloading/loading with private parking.

Smoking is prohibited inside of the cottage. Please smoke outside and kindly dispose of cigarette butts in a rubbish bin to help keep Meusydd tidy.

Dogs are the responsibility of the owner/s and must be kept on a lead at all times within the grounds. This is particulalry important for the safety of the dog and other animals on adjoining land. Dogs must be house-trained, wormed and flea free. Please bring dog basket / bedding as they are not allowed on the furniture and should never be left unsupervised on the premises at any time. Please tidy immediately after any fouling.

Losses and damages that occur during the booking must be paid for by the hiring party. Every effort is made prior to guests' arrival to ensure that everything is in place. Should something be missing, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can solve the problem.

We cannot accept liability for any injury, accident, damage, loss, expense or inconvenience, whether to person or property including cars, which members of the hiring party or any other persons may suffer or incur that arise out of the booking, or is in any way connected with it.

We advise hiring parties to take out insurance cover against the eventuality of cancellation or curtailment of the booking, and also to provide security against damage, losses and injury.

All fuel (gas, electricity, firewood) is included in the price.
